Credit Account Customers
For existing account customers your current terms and conditions apply. If you wish to establish a credit account please contact us directly.
Non-Account Customers
The following terms and conditions apply:
Payment terms
On receipt of your order, a pro forma invoice will be forwarded to you for payment. When payment (we accept cheque or EFT) has been received, your order will be sent.
Minimum order
Orders of $150.00 before GST or more will be sent free of charge. Orders less than $150.00 will be charged a small order fee of $8.00.
Payment
We accept payment by EFT or cheque, we cannot accept payment by credit card.
Goods Returned
Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt and must be accompanied
by a copy of the invoice. Goods will be credited or exchanged if they:
a. have been damaged in course of delivery
b. are defective
c. have been incorrectly supplied.
Privacy
Your privacy will be respected and we will not release your information to a third party. We may, however, from time to time, send our own promotional information to you via post or internet. You have the option to remove your details from our mailing list at any time.

Outside agreements
Australian Bookmarks and Bookplates is not bound by any offer whatsoever unless agreed to in writing by an authorised officer of the Australian Bookmarks and Bookplates.
